For our FOOD PANTRY, non perishable in date dry goods are accepted. As well as items such as toilet paper, kleenex, paper towel, laundry and cleaning products and personal hygiene products.
For Beds & bed linens, Neighbourlink accepts queen, double/full and twin/single size mattresses and/or box springs. If you have a donation of sheets, blankets or towels, they can be dropped off at Temple Baptist church office (beside Walmart) Monday - Friday 9-5.
They must be stain and rip free. If you are able to put your mattress in a plastic bag/wrap, it would be greatly appreciated to keep it safe for all involved. We are a volunteer organization. If you are able to deliver to our storage or a client, that would be awesome! IF not, we will try our best to find one of our volunteers to pick up your bed. If you are willing to receive calls directly from a client, we can link you up with a client directly for them to pick up your bed from you.
For furniture, NeighbourLink does not pick up furniture, instead we will LINK you up with a family in need. It will be that families responsibility to arrange for item pick up.
Call the NeighbourLink office at 519-336-5465 to speak to one of our friendly volunteers
